"As we are over 70, we are allowed to shop an hour earlier in supermarkets. Here in the countryside, the queues are usually not too long and there are not too many people inside either. Still, we try to do a bulk shop every 10 days. I collect my prescribed medication once every month from the chemist. I miss hugs, my granddaughters, friends and family and enjoying a meal outside home and our volunteering work. But we have been really lucky overall and are making the best of the time at home. We have a new daily routine - we exercise more and spend time with our grandchildren online. The days pass very quickly. My heart goes especially out to single parents who life in flats with no garden access - how do they keep their children busy?"
