About me

Elisa Ferrari is an Argentine American visual storyteller based in Los Angeles. She is a National Geographic Explorer and a graduate from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Texas at Austin where she studied liberal arts and ethnomusicology. Elisa is an alumni of the Eddie Adams Workshop class of XXVII and a member of Authority Collective, Diversify Photo and Women Photograph.
Elisa's clients and publications include: Bloomberg, Edison, ESPN, Keck Institute, Harvey Mudd, Fotovisura, Lenscratch, Los Angeles Times, New Music Box, National Geographic Learning, The Culture Trip, Washington Post, Webb Schools, Scripps College, and Visual-Culture, among others. Her work has been displayed at the Los Angeles Center for Photography, Grand Central Station, Kieran Gallery and the Piedmont Center for the Arts.

Elisa is a native Spanish speaker and conversant in Portuguese.

Currently based in Los Angeles, CA and available for assignments.
